Good value for a custom piece

I was looking for a Custom Pet Sculpture and Markpet offered a pretty competitive price, especially with the first order discount I found. I sent in photos, and they kept me updated on the process. The final sculpture of my dog looked really close to the pictures I sent in, which was impressive for the cost. I compared it to a few other sites and felt I got the most value here. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected for a custom item, around 18 days, but it was packaged very well and arrived safely. For a personalized item, the price was a big win for me.

Decent urn, slow delivery

I ordered a Ceramic Pet Urn for my cat a few weeks ago. The urn itself is quite beautiful and feels high quality, exactly as pictured on the site. I appreciate the craftsmanship. However, it took almost three weeks to arrive, which felt a bit long, especially for something so time-sensitive. The packaging was secure, though. Customer service responded to my tracking inquiry within a day, which was good, but the shipping time is definitely an area they could improve on. The price was fair for the quality, I thought.

Nice memorial necklace

I wouldn't put a ceramic one outside, they're usually not meant for weathering. Maybe a stone marker would be better for a garden.

I think most of their urns are designed for indoor use. If you need something for outdoors, you'd probably need a specific garden memorial marker, not an urn.

For a custom one, I'd plan for a month or so. They're making it from scratch based on your photos, so it's not like an off-the-shelf item. Worth the wait imo.

Personalized items are usually tough to return anywhere. You probably can't just send it back unless there's a defect or they messed up the order.

Most custom things are final sale, afaik. That's pretty standard for anything made just for you. Make sure your photos are really clear!
